1. For Paid Subscription based Membership

 

  • You can Cancel the Subscription anytime either by following the procedure given on the Website OR by writing to us at iam@aware-living

  • There is No Refund for any Cancellation of Paid Subscription based Membership offered on the Company Website. 

  • If any Challenge or Discontinuation of Services happen from Company’s end, only in such rarest of rare conditions the refund will be considered and given as found appropriate from case to case basis.

2. For Pre-Recorded Learning Content

 

  • There is No Refund for any Cancellation of Pre-Recorded Learning Content purchased from the Company Website, which includes Recorded Online Workshops, Audio-Books, E-Books, Blogs and Documents on Conceptual Clarity, Tools & Techniques.

  • If the Consumer is facing any trouble in accessing the Content or for any other technical issue, our team will provide all the possible Support, Solution Or a right Replacement, if need be.

  • If any Challenge or Discontinuation of Services happen from Company’s end, only in such rarest of rare conditions the refund will be considered and given as found appropriate from case to case basis.

3. For Online / Offline Workshops & Ticketed Events

 

  • Due to some unavoidable reasons if a participant is unable to attend the Workshop on the given date, then the new options of next dates will be provided for the participant to choose from, as per the Calendar & Availability at that time.

  • In any such case of Rescheduling or Postponements, participants are requested to inform us a minimum of 3 to 5 Days before the Scheduled Workshop Or Event.

  • In case if no later date or event is found suitable, participants will be offered the Course Credits of the same amount, which can be used against any of our Services in future. The Course Credits will be active & usable for a period of 90 Days from the date of issuing, after which all unused Course Credits will expire.

  • There is No Refund for any Cancellation of Registrations for any Online Or/& Offline Workshops Or/& Ticketed Events.

  • If any Challenge or Cancellation happens from Company’s end, only in such rarest of rare conditions the refund will be considered and given as found appropriate from case to case basis.

4. For Retreats & Residential Workshops

 

  • Due to some unavoidable reasons if a participant is unable to attend the Retreat or the Residential Workshop on the given dates, then the new options of next dates will be provided for the participant to choose from, as per the Calendar & Availability at that time.

  • In any such case of Rescheduling or Postponements, participants are requested to inform us a minimum of 2 Weeks before the Scheduled Retreat Or Residential Workshop.

  • In case if no later date or event is found suitable, participants will be offered the Course Credits of the same amount, which can be used against any of our Services in future. The Course Credits will be active & usable for a period of 180 Days from the date of issuing, after which all unused Course Credits will expire.

  • There is No Refund for any Cancellation of Registrations for any Retreats or Residential Workshops.

  • If any Challenge or Cancellation happens from Company’s end, only in such rarest of rare conditions the refund will be considered and given as found appropriate from case to case basis.

5. Cancellation of 1 to 1 Personal Coaching Services

 

  • Due to some unavoidable reasons if a participant is unable to attend the 1 to 1 Personal Coaching Sessions at the Scheduled Time & Date, then the rescheduling options of next dates will be provided for the participant to choose from, as per the Calendar & Availability at that time.

  • In any such case of Rescheduling or Postponements, participants are requested to inform us a minimum of 48 hours before the Scheduled Session.

  • In case if no later date or event is found suitable, participants will be offered the Course Credits of the same amount, which can be used against any of our Services in future. The Course Credits will be active & usable for a period of 90 Days from the date of issuing, after which all unused Course Credits will expire.

  • There is No Refund for any Cancellation of Registrations for any 1 to 1 Personal Coaching Services, may it be Online Or In-Person.

  • If any Challenge or Cancellation happens from Company’s end, only in such rarest of rare conditions the refund will be considered and given as found appropriate from case to case basis.
