Or a better Relationship with your partner &/or with your Family?


Or you want to achieve greater Physical Fitness..


Or may be you want to achieve Financial Freedom..


Or probably you want to become a more efficient Leader at Work as well, apart from Life..


You can consider anything that really matters to you, and you are working towards it very sincerely..


In achieving these Goals, what is the role of your Mind?


What is the importance of How you Think? And how you feel?

For Example, I have a Fitness Goal..


Now, what is it that will really determine my success in the desired goal?


Generally, for Fitness we think broadly these 3 things are needed: Diet, Exercise & Rest


I will conveniently ignore and overlook the Lead Role of your Mind in the entire game.


Think about this..

Is it my body which will Sleep & Wake Up on its own, at the right times?


Is it the Body that will tell me what to eat and what not to eat?


Is it the Body that decides whether or not to do something?


NO! NEVER! It was, is and will always be YOUR DAMN MIND where all these decisions take place..



Plans, Schedules, Tools, Techniques, Knowledge, almost everything that one needs to Learn how to enjoy great fitness, almost every such thing is available on the Internet today, at your fingertips, mostly Free.


So what is missing?


The Decisions, that you need to make. Micro, Small & Big, all kind of decisions.


Right from…


Should I sleep now or not? Should I eat now or not?


Should I eat this or that? Should I do stretch more or not?

Should I push myself more or should I stop now?


Even to the Biggest decisions possible..


Should I continue this Addiction? or Stop?


Should I lead my Life? or just survive?


Should I quit this job or this toxic relationship now or later?


or just continue the suffering?


Even whether to stay committed to your earlier decision or not?


Every Single decision that you make, consciously or habitually, shapes and defines your success or failure at anything that you do.


As you see in this example, how the Mind plays a pivotal role in your Health & Fitness..


Similarly, Mind is Central to every possible aspect of your Life; Money, Growth, Relationships, Purpose, let it be anything..
