Life Leadership for Leaders: Do we need it?

Leadership is all about People, not machines.

Thus, How well one understands People, makes her or him a True Leader.

Now Understanding People is not easy, given the kind of dynamic factors like their ever changing moods, behaviors, motivations, triggers, decisions, choices, comforts, likes, dislikes and what not.

This is the Crux of any kind of Human Leadership. Understanding the Human Mind, is the secret sauce for the Greatest form of Leadership.

Fortunately, every potential Leader is a Human Being her/himself, blessed with the similar kind of an infinite Human Mind.

If one is Self Aware, which means one understands the Self, the Mind, the Life in its totality, then one rises to be an exceptional Leader beyond imagination.

Ultimately, which means that if one is Great at Leading Self with Clarity of Mind i.e. being great at one’s own Life Leadership, that makes one qualified enough to be just brilliant in the role of Leading others too.

If one knows a lot of theories, tools, techniques, etc. One can surely be a great Manager. But Leadership goes beyond all the surface knowledge, into the Core of Human Emotions & Thoughts.
